    The concept developed by amélie pichard of “food-bougeoirs” continues this season thanks to the talent and know-how of Villa Arev, made in Paris. Together Gabrielle and Amélie have created three new "food-candlesticks" for their first series entitled BISTROT-BOUGEOIRS.


    The Oyster-Lemon, the signature of Villa Arev, is adapted as a candle holder.

    Handcrafted and baked by Gabrielle herself in the workshop of Villa Arev in the 20th arrondissement of Paris.

    Villa Arev was born from the hands of Gabrielle Thomassian in September 2017. After a BA Ceramic Design at the Central Saint Martin School of London, she moved to Paris, opened her workshop and created her brand. Nourished by an eclectic cultural background, she designs, develops and produces pop and lively ceramics with a contemporary look, as much inspired by the creations of Bernard Palissy as those of Ettore Sotsass or Marco Zanini of the Memphis group. Arev means Sun in Armenian. The Villa Arev creations are filled with fresh and summery symbols where the air of vacation floats, a dip in the Mediterranean. Villa Arev is above all a very happy personal and family culture, unique pieces or limited editions, objects that we don't necessarily need but which make us terribly happy.
