    Details

Amélie Pichard launched the ABAG in 2012. The first born of the maison has now become the brand’s icon. A true staple piece.

Made in a very limited edition each month, by a Portuguese family’s workshop, this classic piece is entirely moulded by hand through a process involving a piece of leather (or not) pressed against a wooden structure. With the help of a magnetic system, the case-shaped bag smoothly closes in one slick gesture.

A natural cork square molded handbag with one adjustable strap. Interior flat pocket. Fully cotton lined. Dimensions : 9.1 x 7.1 x 3.54’

    Handle : 29.53’ (worn short) - 45.27’ (worn long).

    Composition : 15% cork, 37% polyester, 48% polyurethane

    Made by hand in Portugal.

    Advice
Upon reception: do not waterproof your bag. On a daily basis: do not let water dry without wiping it after your bag was in the rain. Contrary to what you might think, cork isn’t sensitive to water. You can clean your cork bag with a slightly humid sponge with a little bit of dishwashing liquid on it. If you are scared to do this yourself, you can always get it done by a professional. When using hydroalcoholic gel, wait for the solution to dry before touching your bag. Good to know: To maintain your bag in good condition for years, don’t hesitate to send it to our partner cobbler for a pampering. Please contact us and we will put you in touch with him so that he can give you a quote.
